- Jill Eastman, Danielle Mahoehney, and Sherry Healey: coaching calls and content experts in supported and customized employment
- Ryan Wedeking, Oliver Lyons, and Mark Hutchinson: technical support, logistics, and data science
- Paul Foos and Julie Reposa: software development and design
- John Butterworth: supervision and, after recently retiring, consultation
- Alberto Migliore: project management.

The Kessler Foundation Signature Employment Grant makes ES-Coach available at no cost to employment programs nationwide, through June 2025.
The National Institute on Disability, Independent Living, and Rehabilitation Research (NIDILRR, Grant #90IFDV0009 and 90RTCP0003) funded the development of ES-Coach.
The Office of Technology and Commercialization Ventures (OTCV) at the University of Massachusetts funded a revised, more user friendly ES-Coach dashboard.
The University of Minnesota has supported ES-Coach from the start, and WISE, APSE, and SELN contributed to its dissemination nationwide.
