How does it work

Learn why we created ES-Coach:

Meeting the needs of job seekers and employers requires knowledge, skills, and strategy. Training helps, but it isn’t easy to apply abstract knowledge to daily challenges. ES-Coach helps inform your team meetings with data and gives your team information to brainstorm better solutions. Watch this video to learn why we created ES-Coach.

An horizontal arrow pointing to the right shows Theory on the left and Practice on the right. On top of it, from left to right are the words: Training, CESP, Fidelity scale, Time Log, and ES-Coach.
Below the arrow are the words Knowledge transfer on the left and Knowledge implementation on the right

Here is how ES-Coach works:

Every day, at a different random time, employment consultants receive a text on their phones with 3 quick questions about their primary employment support activities, followed by tips about supported and customized employment best practices. It takes less than 1 minute to respond. Watch how quick it is!

A smartphone on a wooden table next to a cup of coffee and a pen. The screen of the phone displays the ES-Coach logo and a multiple choice question asking where the user was including in the office, at a residence, at a business etc

Then What?

All responses populate a dashboard where employment consultants can check how well they are implementing supported and customized employment best practices. Employment consultants can compare their data with their team’s data and all participants’ aggregated data. Individual data is confidential. Take a tour of the dashboard:

On top is the ES-Coach logo and three navigation tabs: Activities, Best Practices, and More Metrics. Below is a bar chart showing three bars: Me, My team, and All. Each bar is organized in 4 segments: Leading to hire, After hire, Administrative, and Non-employment. Below is the same information organized as a table that includes also the number of respondents and the response rate
