In January 2024 all ES-Coach participants dedicated an average of four minutes per day to facilitating natural support from co-workers or fostering career advancement combined.
This marks a decrease from the 12 minutes per day recorded in December 2023, although it is the same as in September 2023.
There might be reasons for this decrease. Please consider discussing these data with your team members at your next staff meeting.
