are the minutes per day that last May all ES-Coach participants invested in best practices to get to know job seekers. That's 1 less minute than in April. How do you and your team compare? Go to ES-Coach dashboard, look at the "WHAT" drop-down menu, and select:

  • "Observing a job seeker"
  • "Participating in an activity..."  and
  • "Informational interview or business tour".

Then select "Monthly Trends"
